Heather strives to help interactively engage buyers and sellers and offer positive consulting in the real estate industry, helping bring buyers and sellers together to find the perfect home. Heather thrives on providing exceptional customer service to her clients when making one of the most important purchases of their lives.
Heather has worked alongside several companies assisting them with marketing, graphic design, and social networking. She's integrated and co-developed augmented reality for Plymouth Michigan DDA, Luna Tech 3D, and was honored by Clearly University's incubator program. She designed interactive AR experiences for Livingston Parent, WolfZen Solutions, Auction.com, and Nextage Real Estate while educating realtors on creative techniques to help grow their reputation management, content, and brand awareness.

John Kopy Jr. is a licensed real estate agent with Property Nook in Brighton. He has been involved in the construction and property management industry for over 15 years and has recently been working as a licensed real estate agent.
John works on several aspects of the business and is solely responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations for a number of properties located in the metro Detroit area.
John's managed all types of properties, has strong leadership skills, a deep knowledge of contracts, and excellent communication skills. He is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to building engineers and following up on those requests with tenants, overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions, working with the accounting teams, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.
